Day 1
Arrival in Calcata, accommodation in the village's scattered hotel, briefing and time to meet and get to know the group and the women of Opera Calcata. It won't take much to feel at home.

Day 2
Today you will explore one of the most fascinating paths of Treja Park: from the caves under the town of Calcata to the Monte Gelato waterfall, crossing areas rich in springs and streams of water. You will skirt fields, old stone terraces along the path that is partly dug into the tuff. In the summer, a regenerating bath in the waterfalls awaits you. In the afternoon, the women of Calcata await you with the workshop for preparing cappellaccio, a typical Calcata dish.

Day 3
Let's move to Narni. There, the bicycles await you to coast the Gole del Nera, along a suggestive route that runs alongside the Nera river inside the old railway line. Along the way you will visit the Mole di Narni, a natural oasis with the crystalline colors of its waters and the village of Stifone. Time to discover the delightful village of Narni with the possibility of visiting underground Narni, then you return to Calcata to immerse yourself in its magical atmosphere, made of stories, encounters and passions.

Day 4
A beautiful trek immersed in nature to discover two lakes: Lake Bracciano first and Lake Martignano then, in a circular route along the hills with panoramic views and rural landscapes. For lunch you can relax in one of the many welcoming shacks on the lake, while in the afternoon you will visit the town of Anguillara Sabazia losing yourselves in its narrow streets that give you glimpses of the lake. Return to Calcata in the evening to gather around a table, with a glass of wine in hand and on the plate the delicacies that the women of Calcata will prepare for you, and let our thoughts flow.

Day 5
You can stop in Calcata, and let people create the experiences: stop to chat with the artists and why not, take a creativity course? You could create a small work of art with your own hands! A short distance away is Opera Bosco, a museum of art in nature for a day in the open air. Or reach the nearby Marmore Falls and the delightful village on the lake of Pediluco. In about an hour by train you can reach Rome, the eternal city, and immerse yourself in the infinite possibilities it offers.

Day 6
Destination: Falerii Novi, one of the archaeological sites along the Via Amerina, also known as the Via della Luce. one of the oldest Roman paths that proceeds between bridges, Faliscan cuts and naturalistic wonders. You will reach Nepi, a city of waters built on a cliff surrounded by a gorge, visit the splendid Basilica of Sant’Elia and from here with a transfer you will reach the Lucciano farm. Here you will be able to learn about some of the productions that make up the Biodistretto della Via Amerina and treat yourselves to an excellent organic wine and 0-meter cheeses. Return to Calcata for the last evening in the company of our new friends.
